Janitor services
Our customer service includes the following janitor services
- apartment pre-acceptances, acceptances and handovers
- Maintenance of the apartments
- Enforcement of the house and user rules
- Supervision of the tidiness and the proper overall condition of the house and the apartments
- Organization and supervision of property maintenance services (gardening) and winter services
- Receipt of repair notices for further action
- Supervision of the repair work and acceptance of the service
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Checking the common facilities (e.g. collective heating, water heating)
- Control of the functions of the house-technical installations
- Execution of the traffic safety
